DX 戦略などを掲げ，IT 化を進めている．しかしながら，業務 IT システムの活用，及び生産性向上は難易度が高く，それらが多くの企業にとって課題となっている．本研究は，このような日本企業における業務 IT システム利活用に対する問題点を明らかにすることが目的である．国内企業のシステム利用者等に対して半構造化面接を実施し，KJ 法や M-GTA 法を参考にし，分析を行った．分析の結果 35 概念，16 カテゴリー，2 カテゴリーグループ生成された．これらの概念をモデル化した結果，業務 IT
