Networking)を実現するアーキテクチャとして OpenFlow が普及し,通信事業者やデータセンタのネットワークにおいて活用されている.OpenFlow では,ルーティング等のパケット処理方法を決定する OpenFlow コントローラと,OpenFlow コントローラの決定に基づき実際にパケットを処理する OpenFlow スイッチを物理的に分離し,柔軟かつスケーラビリティの高いネットワーク処理を実現する.OpenFlow スイッチのソフトウェア実装である Open vSwitch は,受信パケットに対し,内部のフローテーブルにそのパケットの処理方法が存在しない場合に OpenFlow コントローラへと問い合わせを行う.その際,問い合わせ結果がフローテーブルに反映されるまでに到着した同一フローの後続パケットも,コントローラへの問い合わせを行うため同様にフローテーブル内のフローエントリにミスし,コントローラへの問い合わせを行うため,コントローラの負荷が増大し,パケットロスを引き起こす問題がある.本研究では,この課題を解決するため,Open vSwitch にバッファ機構を実装する.提案機構では,OpenFlow コントローラへ問い合わせ中のパケット情報を管理し,同一フローの後続パケットが到着した場合に一時的にバッファに保存することで,後続パケットによる問い合わせを削減する.仮想ネットワークを用いた評価では,OpenFlow コントローラへの問い合わせ中に生じるパケットロスを,提案機構により 50%
