While the dissemination of information about tourist destinations is a unilateral yet crucial task, it plays a key role in spreading the appeal of regions both domestically and internationally. However, there often exists a gap between the information conveyed and the attractions felt by visitors. This research aims to develop a method that allows information disseminators to understand and discover new attractions of tourist destinations by integrating official information with visitor reviews. The goal of this study is to understand and bridge the gap between the information dissemination of tourist sites and the attractions felt by visitors. The proposed method applies the Geneplore model to foster creative cognition, suggesting its effectiveness in uncovering and evaluating new attractions. Traditionally, the appeal of tourist sites has been dependent on official information, but this study demonstrates that integrating the authentic voices of visitors can lead to the discovery of new attractions.
