FIWARE に準拠したスマートシティ・プラットフォームが利用されている.また,内閣府のガイドラインでは,同プラットフォームの基本機能として,アセットマネジメント機能とデータマネジメント機能を定義している.しかし,スマートシティアセットとデータの表現に関する仕様設計と実装は,プラットフォームの開発者に委ねられている.そこで,本研究では,アセット検索 API を持つアセットマネジメント機能と,データモデル変換機能とデータ仲介 API を持つデータマネジメント機能の実装方式を提案する.提案方式をもとにスマートシティアセットのデータモデルを定義し,アセットマネジメント機能とデータマネジメント機能を有する FIWARE 準拠のスマートシティ・プラットフォーム「OpenSUSTIE」を構築した.OpenSUSTIE を利用することで,スマートシティデータを活用した人流誘導サービスの開発工数が 64.6% with FIWARE which is a de facto standard in Japan and Europe is used for cross-domain data utilization. In addition, the guidelines on Japanese Cabinet Office define the asset management function and the data management function as basic functions of the platform. However, the specification design and implementation about representations of assets and data of smart cities are entrusted to developers of the platform. Therefore, in this study, we suggest the implementation method of the asset management function having asset search API and the data management function having data model conversion function and data intermediation API. We built a FIWARE-compliant smart city platform “OpenSUSTIE” with the asset management function and data management function.
