Engineering（ME）センターで機器の点検と保管をし，医療機器の貸出や返却をME機器管理システムで管理している．しかしながら，人がつど，貸出先を登録するシステムでは実際の医療機器の状態とシステムに登録されている状態の間に差異が生じることがあり，病院の中で医療機器が行方不明となってしまうことがある．本研究ではこのような問題を解決するために，リアルタイムに機器の状態を可視化できる医療機器管理システムを開発する．医療機器本体に手を加えることなく様々な機器で使用できるように電波強度を用いた屋内位置推定と医療機器の消費電流に基づいた稼働情報の収集を行うことができる電源タップ型のデバイスを開発する．実際に病院の1つのフロアで医療機器の捜索実験を行い，提案手法を使った場合と使わない場合で医療機器の捜索時間が半分になることを示した．また，収集した医療機器の稼働状況グラフを元に，過剰であった医療機器を再配置し，コスト削減につながることを示した．","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_2_description_8":{"attribute_name":"論文抄録(英)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"Many medical devices are used in hospitals where medical care is advanced. As a management method of medical equipment, a central management method that manages the whole hospital is used recently. In the medical engineering (ME) center, Clinical Engineers inspect and store equipment, and the lending and returning of medical equipment is managed by the ME equipment management system. However, in the system where people register each time, there may be a difference between the actual status of medical equipment and the status registered in the system, and medical equipment may go missing in the hospital. In this research, in order to solve such problems, we develop a medical device management system that can visualize the status of devices in real time. We develop a power strip that can perform indoor position estimation using radio wave intensity and collect operation information based on the current consumption of medical equipment so that it can be used with various equipment without modifying the medical equipment. We conducted a search experiment for medical equipment on one floor of a hospital, and showed that the search time for medical equipment was halved when the proposed method was used and when it was not used.
