However, now that the Internet has matured, campus networks are becoming one of the lifelines, and stable connectivity tends to be the top priority rather than state-of-the-art technology. As a result, campus networks employ only dead technologies, let alone the latest technologies, and are even lagging. This paper introduces and discusses the efforts of Tottori University, a small university, to modernize its campus network with old technologies.},
