report"}]},"item_4_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"2188-8701","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_4_description_7":{"attribute_name":"論文抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"多様な人材がいる組織は,組織目標に役立つ豊富な知識を有し,新たな視点や発想を生み出すことが期待されるため,多様性は組織の生産性に良い影響をもたらすと考えられている.しかし,この多様性によりコミュニケーションに齟齬が生じると,「心理的安全性」と呼ばれる,誰もが安心して自己表現できる環境が脅かされてしまい,組織の生産性向上に繋がらないという課題がある.そのため,自閉スペクトラム症者 (ASD) を含む神経多様性の高い組織において,多様性と心理的安全性の両方を高く維持できる組織作りが重要である.先行研究より,定型発達者 (TD) と ASD は外部情報の取り込み方に違いがあり,この違いが注視行動に現れることが確認されている.そこで本研究では,TD と ASD の認知特性を比較するため,全天周映像と VR ゴーグルを用いて同一のコミュニケーションが疑似体験できる環境を構築し,体験中の注視行動を記録する.そして,VR システムへ提示する全天周映像にインスタンスセグメンテーションを行い,記録した注視点上のオブジェクトを算出することにより,注視オブジェクトの時間割合を得る.その結果,ASD は TD より注視点の分布範囲が広く,広範囲を見渡すように注視する傾向が確認できた.注視オブジェクトの時間割合においては,実験参加者数が少なく TD と ASD の間に有意な差は確認できなかったが,「話している時に相手の顔を見ない」という ASD
