Disease:PD)患者では,歩行や姿勢の不安定化等の運動機能に関わる特徴的な症状が認められる.近年,それらの症状に着目した日常生活下で使用可能な簡便かつ客観的な PD の疾患診断・病態把握技術の開発が行われている.本研究では,パンツ型マーカーレスモーションキャプチャーシステムを用いた歩行時下肢データとアクチグラフを用いた頸部・腰部の角度データ(以下,体幹角度データ)を組み合わせた PD 弁別と重症度推定 [Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale(UPDRS) Part III スコア] を行うとともに,体幹角度データ(姿勢情報)付加による推定精度への寄与を検討した.被験者(健常者:32 名,PD 患者:81 名)に,約 10m の歩行路を通常の速度で往復歩行してもらった.パンツ型デバイスから得られる加速度,関節角度,関節間距離データ等の基本統計量,スペクトル指標および腰部・頸部の平均角度など,計590 の特徴量を抽出し,機械学習 [Support vector machine(SVM)など] による推定を行った.下肢データのみと体幹角度を付加した 2 条件で推定精度を比較したところ,疾患弁別ではともに非常に高い精度(正解率は平均 99.0% と 99.1%)を示したが,条件間での顕著な精度差は認められなかった.また,重症度推定での UPDRS スコアとの一致相関係数はともに 0.73 ± 0.06 であったが,弁別同様,条件間の違いが認められなかった.一方,補足的検討として,下肢データから体幹角度データの推定を行ったところ,一致相関係数 0.73 ± 0.06
