report"}]},"item_4_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"2188-8965","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_4_description_7":{"attribute_name":"論文抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"近年スマートフォンの普及に伴い，大規模な位置情報データの収集が容易となり，位置情報データを用いた研究が盛んに行われるようになった．大規模な位置情報データにより，人間の移動傾向の分析・理解が可能となり，その結果は都市計画，交通計画，災害対策等に活用される．また，移動履歴から移動傾向の特徴を捉えることで，個々のユーザの将来の移動予測が可能となる．ユーザの将来の移動先エリアが分かると，そのエリアでの活動をサポートする提案が可能となる．移動先予測の研究では，RNN や LSTM といった深層学習モデルを用いた手法も多く存在する．しかし，これらモデルの多くは逐次的な予測方法で多くの時間を要し，加えて長期の移動履歴を考慮した予測が不得意という課題もある．そこで本研究では，自然言語処理の分野で活躍するBERTを参考にした移動先予測モデルを提案する．提案モデルは Enocder で生成したベクトルからエリアを予測し，逐次的な予測を行わないことで効率化を実現した．また，学習時のマスク方法により複数回の移動予測に適したモデルとなっている．都市における 10 万人の 75 日にわたる長期の移動履歴のデータセットを用いて実験を行い，正解エリアと予測エリアの一致率で 28.7834％，GEOBLEUで 0.3228，DTW で 28.3918
