signage market size is predicted to expand in the future, and there is a growing focus on technology and development aimed at improving the advertising effectiveness of signage. However, the current state shows a lack of reliability in measuring advertising effectiveness, and the examination of technologies to enhance advertising effectiveness is insufficient. Therefore, this research aims to maximize advertising effectiveness by adaptively switching content based on the distance between users (pedestrians) and signage and users’ behavior, and by understanding users’ behavior during and after ad delivery, using digital twins.
