 note = {ソーシャルメディアユーザの強い怒りを煽ることで拡散を狙う Disinformation の対策には,人の感情プロセスに基づくアプローチが有用である.本研究では,Disinformation 対策を調査し,強い怒りへの有効性について心理学的側面から考察した.感情が情報リテラシー教育の効果を限定し得る可能性があるにも関わらず,感情に着目した取組みの多くは教育であった.また,怒りの減少効果が見込める対策はあるものの,感情に着目したものではなかった.この論文は,怒りに有効と考えられる情動調節戦略に基づく介入デザインの検討を提案するものである., An approach based on human emotional processes is useful for countermeasures against disinformation that aims to spread by encouraging strong anger among social media users. In this study, we surveyed anti-disinformation measures, and discussed their effectiveness in dealing with strong anger from a psychological perspective. Despite the possibility that emotions could limit the effectiveness of information literacy education, most of the efforts focused on emotions were educational. Although there were some measures that could be effective in reducing anger, they were not emotion-focused. Our suggestion is to examine intervention designs that are based on emotion regulation strategies that may be effective for anger.},
