 note = {我が国の多くの企業が,デジタルトランスフォーメーション(DX)による成果を十分に得られていないといわれており,DXを効率的に推進できる能力の獲得が急務である.本研究は,DXの推進に影響を与える組織文化の要因を明らかにすることで,企業の効率的なDXの推進に寄与することを目的とする.シャインの組織文化のモデルなどを参照してアンケートを作成し,インターネット調査により日本企業から297件の有効データを収集した.そして,それらのデータに対し共分散構造分析を適用した結果,5つの組織文化の要因「既存ビジネスの安定性と重視」,「経営層のDX重視と従業員の意識」,「DX推進組織の独立性と協業」,「DX推進組織のメンバの意識と特性」,および「DX推進組織の能力」が相互に影響を与えながらDXの推進に影響を与えていることを明らかにした.これらの要因の影響を考慮して改善を進めることで,企業は効率的にDXを推進できると期待する., It is said that most Japanese companies have not sufficiently conducted Digital Transformation (DX), hence improving ability to promote DX is required. In this study, it is aimed to contribute to the promotion of DX by identifying factors of organizational culture that affect DX. A questionnaire was created with reference to Schein's model of organizational culture, and 297 valid data were collected from Japanese companies by conducting an internet survey using the questionnaire. Then, as a result of applying Structural Equation Modeling technique to these data, it was clarified that five factors of organizational culture, “Stability and emphasis of existing business,” “Management focusing on DX and employee recognition,” “Independence and collaboration of DX promotion organization,” “Awareness and characteristics of members of DX promotion organization,” and “Ability of DX promotion organization” covary and influence promotion of DX. It is expected that companies are able to efficiently promote DX by conducting improvements in consideration of the influence of these factors.},
