| 内容記述 | 本研究では Yahoo!知恵袋においてネット依存のピアサポートについて調べるべく，ネット依存当事者の悩みの質問に関する特徴を他の依存との比較によって，ネット依存当事者の回答に関する特徴を現在依存者と過去依存者や他の依存との比較によって示すことを目的として分析を行った．ネット依存当事者の悩みの質問については「解決方法を求める」質問が多い傾向にあり，また，勉強についての関係が深いことが示唆された．ネット依存当事者の回答については「解決方法を求める」質問が多いことに対して「改善方法の提案」を含む回答が多いためか，ベストアンサーの割合が高く，回答の有効性が高いと考えられた．また，ネット依存の過去依存者の回答は「やめた体験」や「改善方法の提案」という回復した当事者独自の言及を含んでおり，回復した当事者だからこそ可能な支援が行われていると考えられた． | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | With the aim of research peer support of internet dependency in Yahoo! Answers, this study was conducted for the purpose of research to show question features of net addict by comparing question of other addict and answer features of net addict by comparing answer of other addict or comparing past addict with current addict. Question features of net addict tended to be more “asking solution”, suggested to be related to the study. Probably due to many “asking solution” questions to many “showing how to improve” answers, the percentage of best answers was high, and it was considered that the answer by net addict highly effective. Also, answers by past addict of net included unique expression of recovering addict like “recovered experience” and “showing how to improve”, and it was considered that there were unique support of recovering addict. | |||||||||
