• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 近年，金銭を騙し取ったり，個人情報を窃取する目的の偽ショッピングサイトが増加し，多くの被害が出ている．警察等の法執行機関では対処の必要性を認識しているものの，詐欺手口の全体像解明には至っておらず，部分的・限定的な対処を強いられているのが現状である．本研究では，多数の偽ショッピングサイトに共通する要素を連結してグループを構成することにより，手口の把握や分析を支援する手法を提案する．すなわち，偽ショッピングサイトをグループに分け，グループごとに手口を分析しておくことにより，実際の被害をグループ，ひいては詐欺の行為者に関連付けることが可能になり，捜査の糸口や行為者の特定につながることが期待できる．また新しい詐欺手口が判明したときにそれが既存のグループによるものか新規（未把握）のグループによるものかが判断できる．本研究では，2024 年 1 月に収集した 27,678 件の偽ショッピングサイトの会社概要の記載から特徴となる文言，連絡先メールアドレス，アクセス情報収集サーバを抽出した上で，それらのリンクを分析することで，10 個のグループを構成できた．また，得られたグループ分類に基づいて，各グループの偽ショッピングサイトの特徴を詳細に分析することができた．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Recently, the number of fake E-commerce (EC) sites are increasing and these incur significant financial damage. Law enforcement agencies recognize the need of handling this situation, but still the entire picture of fake EC scam is in a fog, so the actors can continue scamming people. We propose a grouping method of fake EC sites to help analyzing their ways, by extracting and linking possible common attributes of construction kits such as sentences, mail addresses and hostnames of access analyzers. By constructing groups of fake EC sites, we can link actual scam cases to actors behind them. It also enables us to estimate that a new fake EC site is created by a new not-tracked group or an existing one. We hope it provides a clue to possible suspects. The proposing method successfully divides 27,678 fake EC sites that corrected in Jan., 2024 into 10 groups. We also analyze more details of these groups in this paper.
