However, the complexity of setting up and controlling these systems along with the high development hurdles is a significant challenges. Traditionally, developing an ideal smart home required for users to grasp programming concepts and detailed control methods for each IoT device. Therefore, this paper proposes a smart home development environment using declarative programming, allowing users to build IoT-enabled smart homes by simply declaring their desired actions. By describing predicates based on user requests, users can intuitively design complex control logic for various scenarios and multiple devices.
