ブロックチェーンは，情報セキュリティ分野において論文数と特許数を飛躍的に伸ばしている分野である．一方で，ブロックチェーンの応用範囲が広いことから，ブロックチェーン分野の全てのトピックに精通している専門家は多くない．そのため，ブロックチェーン分野の動向を偏りなく把握するためには，論文数や特許数をベースとしたエビデンスに基づく分析が有効である．しかしながら，論文と特許の両面からブロックチェーン分野の分析を行った研究はほとんどない．本研究では，ブロックチェーン分野を対象として，論文・特許それぞれの書誌情報を用いて分析を行うとともに両者の比較を行い，世界各国の動向やブロックチェーン分野の重要なトピックを把握する．さらに，論文・特許を合わせて分析することによって，ブロックチェーン分野における研究から産業化・事業化への流れを明らかにする． |

Blockchain is an area in the information security area where the number of papers and patents is growing dramatically. Meanwhile, few experts are familiar with all topics in the blockchain area due to its wide range of applications. Thus, an evidence-based analysis using the number of papers and patents is very effective in understanding the trends in the blockchain area without bias. However, few studies have analyzed the blockchain in terms of both papers and patents. In this study, we analyze the bibliographic information of both papers and patents in the blockchain area and compare them to understand trends in countries around the world and important topics in the blockchain area. Furthermore, by analyzing papers and patents together, we clarify the flow from research to industry and business development in the blockchain area. |
