7 名と眼科医 1 名にオンラインでグループインタビュを実施した．その結果，視覚障がい者にとって自力での自動販売機の利用が困難であることがわかった．次に，オンラインで 47 名の視覚障がい者に対してアンケート調査を実施した．その結果，視覚障がい者はドリンクの位置や商品名といった商品情報を入手することが特に困難であると感じていることがわかった．アンケートの調査をもとに，視覚障がい者に対するスマートフォンアプリケーション型の自動販売機利用支援システムを開発し，評価実験を行った．実験には視覚障がい者 8名とガイドヘルパ 1 名が参加した．実験の結果，7 名の全盲またはロービジョンを有する参加者の中で，1
