• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 本研究では，組織内の社会的孤立の検出を目的として，個人間のやりとりを表すメッセージの伝播を含むモデルの構築，および人間関係を可視化するシミュレータの開発を行い，心理的距離を主観的に設定する予備実験を行った．実験結果から，心理的距離の変化にメッセージの伝播が影響していることが示唆された．また，本シミュレータでは適合率が再現率より低いこと，個人間の心理的距離が変わらない場合を予測できない等の課題がみられた．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Aiming to detect social isolation in an organization, this study constructed a model including message propagation that represents interactions between individuals and developed a simulator to visualize human relationships, and conducted a preliminary experiment to set the psychological distance subjectively. The experimental results suggest that message propagation affects changes in psychological distance. In addition, the simulator showed some problems, such as a lower conformance rate than the reproducibility rate and an inability to predict the case where the psychological distance between individuals does not change.
