| 内容記述 | To enable the communication between heterogenous clusters, h3-Open-SYS/WaitIO (WaitIO) has been developed in Information Technology Center, the University of Tokyo. In this study, we apply WaitIO to the simulation with visualization application to heterogeneous clusters in order to enhance the performance by assigning processes to architectures with suitable characteristics. Following the integration of WaitIO using two distinct approaches, we conducted a series of benchmark tests to analyze and compare the performance of each method. As a result, we revealed the optimal approach to integrate WaitIO ensuring the maximum effectiveness in the application. | |||||||||
