RDM の計画が定められたデータ管理計画（DMP）に沿って研究データを管理することで，公的研究資金による研究成果の利活用の促進と研究公正の保証ができると期待されている．このような潮流から，世界的にますます多くの資金配分機関が研究者に DMP の作成および提出を義務付けている．一方で学術機関においては，機械行動可能（machine-actionable）な DMP（maDMP）を採用して RDM に関わるシステム間での DMP の相互運用性を向上させつつ，研究者による DMP に沿った RDM を支援するシステムの開発および運用が進められている．今のところこれらのシステムでは DMP の作成・更新・提出の支援に焦点が当てられている．これらに加えて，現在の RDM の状態と DMP の間の一貫性の検証の支援，および DMP に基づく RDM の手順や環境の整備が実現されれば，研究ライフサイクル全体で DMP に沿った RDM を支援できる．このコンセプトをシステムとして実現するには，DMP への記載事項のうちデータ取得や保存などの行動の計画も machine-actionable な形で表現することが肝要となる．これらの事項は研究分野や研究者のデータ管理要件などの研究プロジェクトにユニークなデータ管理要件に大きく依存するところが大きく，共通形式で machine-actionable にすることは難しい．そこで本研究では，ユニーク性を維持できるように maDMP を拡張することでこの困難性を解決するアプローチを検討し，実サービスへの適用を試みている．具体的には，データ管理上の行動に関する要件をプログラム関数，および要件を満たすべき研究データのメタデータを表現するメタデータスキーマを定義し，これらを DMP
