The social challenges that can be utilized to solve by MaaS include not only the provision of the last-mile transportation, but also reducing the burden of public transportation in urban areas, addressing transportation depopulation in rural areas, alleviating traffic congestion in tourist areas, and stimulating regional economic activities.
