 note = {UX デザインがサービス開発のプロセスで重要視され,クライアントやユーザーのためのデザインが実現されるようになってきた.その一方で,個人情報の取得やユーザー操作など,倫理的な事柄にはグレーな部分が多く,ルール化されていないことも多く存在するのが実情である.そこで,“倫理観を持ってデザインすること” が重要になってきている.今回,大学のデザイン授業において,サービスデザイン演習の途中に,Web サイトの表記やデザインを利用し,ユーザーにとって不利な決定に誘導する手法「ダークパターン」やエシカルデザインの指針「Digital Ethics Compass」のレクチャーを加え,デザインプロセスにエシカル視点を取り入れる試みを実施した.その結果,倫理的観点の統合によるサービス提案の改善が見られ,アンケート結果による意識の側面においても,倫理的な観点の理解だけでなく,デザインプロセス,サービス品質,UX への影響といった観点からも,倫理的評価の重要性を認識するに至った.ただし,今回は受講者数が極少であったことから,この効果をより一般化するには,より多くの参加者を含む広範囲な研究が必要となる., UX design has become an important part of the service development process, and design for clients and users has come to be realized. On the other hand, there are many gray areas in ethical matters such as the acquisition of personal information and user manipulation, and there are many things that have not yet been established as rules. Therefore, it has become important to ”design with an ethical viewpoint. In the design class at the university, a lecture on “Dark Patterns,” a method that uses website notation and design to induce users to make unfavorable decisions, and the “Digital Ethics Compass,” a guideline for ethical design, were added during the service design exercise to try to incorporate an ethical viewpoint into the design process. I attempted to incorporate ethical perspectives into the design process. As a result, the service proposals were improved by integrating ethical perspectives, and the participants recognized the importance of ethical evaluation not only in terms of understanding ethical perspectives but also in terms of the impact on the design process, service quality, and UX in the awareness aspect based on the questionnaire results. However, since the number of participants in this study was extremely small, more extensive research involving a larger number of participants is needed to further generalize this effect.},
