(解釈違い) が原因でコミュニティメンバ間の親密度低下や対立が起きるという問題が発生する．このような問題が発生する原因は，推し活を行う人の価値観や「推し」へのこだわり，推しの強度の違いなど，簡単には変えられないメンバの信条や，オンラインコミュニケーション特有の表面的なすれ違いまで，質的・量的に異なる複数の要因が関与している．したがって，「推し」コミュニティを活性化するためには，例えば解釈違いに起因するメンバ間の対立などコミュニティの質を低下させる様々な問題の原因を明らかにしてコミュニティ内でのコミュニケーションの質向上を図る必要がある．本研究では，推し活オンラインコミュニティの活性化を目的として，メンバ相互の非対立的なコミュニケーションを促進するモデルを構築しコミュニティの質的向上を支援するような情報システムの構築を目指す．先行研究において，コミュニティを構成するメンバ間には解釈違いを許容する群と拒否する群が混在し拒否群メンバは相互に対立しやすいこと，社会的スキルやファン心理といった心理指標に基づいてメンバのプロファイリングを行うことにより，これらの群を事前に分類できることを明らかにした．この分類をコミュニティに適用することによって，拒否群で発生しやすい意見対立を緩和すると共に許容群のコミュニケーションを強化するといった対応が可能となる．本稿では，許容群のコミュニケーションを強化することを目的として，先行研究で抽出した許容群の「推し」に対する情熱レベル (没入度)
