Mutual assistance is important for people requiring assistance who are difficult to evacuate by self-help. So new mutual assistance system that does not rely on personalities or communities is needed. In this paper, we propose an information platform that visualizes the risks awareness and the timeframe for evacuation and enables those who can provide mutual assistance to support evacuation action safely and organize the requirements for this platform.},
