However, there have been some cases where learning effects have not been improved. One of the reasons for this is that the lack of designation or appropriate assignment of roles causes people not to cooperate: these people reduces the effectiveness of learning. This study aims to develop a method to support the acquisition of materials for judging the assignment of roles in group work. Specifically, we propose a method to reveal individual behavioral characteristics by causing troubles at a kick-off party that is often held as a social gathering before group work, and used them as materials for determining the roles of participants.
