• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 個人情報保護法では，行政機関等が保有する個人情報ファイルについて必要な事項を記載した帳簿を作成した上で，それを公表することが義務付けられている．この個人情報ファイルの公表について，当該行政機関等の Web サイト上での情報の公表も想定されるところである．本研究では，日本の村における個人情報ファイルの管理にかかわり，Web サイト上での公表の現状を確認し，その課題を論じる．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Under the Personal Information Protection Act, administrative agencies are obligated to create a ledger containing necessary information about personal information files and to make it publicly available. Regarding the publication of this personal information file ledger, it is expected that the information will be published on the website of public administration. In this study, we confirmed the current status of publicizing personal information file ledgers on village websites in Japan. Then, we will discuss the challenge.
