• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: ソフトウェア開発において，開発メンバのメンタルにも視点をあて，現場の開発プロセス改善につなげた事例を報告する．今回提案する「Developers' Journey Map(DJM)」を用いながら，開発の場面ごとに，メンバのアクティビティと思考・感情を，開発リーダが DJM へ記録し，開発の改善やチームの自律性を高め，より良い開発につなげようとする試みである．一般的なプロジェクトマネジメント手法を中心に開発を進めることに加え，DJM はメンタルな視点での補足情報を提供し，開発プロジェクト改善に役立てた事例を報告する．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: We took care of the mental state of team members as well as of the general development process during our development project. In using the "Developers' Journey Map (DJM)" proposed this time, the team leader recorded the members' activities, thoughts, and emotions to the DJM in each development scene. We tried to improve the development quality and increase team members' motivation using the DJM. In addition to proceeding with general project management methods, DJM provides supplementary information from a mental point of view. We report that DJM is useful for certain kinds of development cases to improve development projects and teams.
