article"}]},"item_3_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"1882-7780","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_3_description_7":{"attribute_name":"論文抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本研究では大型鍛鋼品のコストを見積もるために，形状だけではなく重量や横最長，最大径といった数値情報も加味した類似度算出を行う．さらに，単純な形状および数値情報からの類似性ではなく，製造およびその加工工程にかかるコストの類似性の観点から，専門性を持つ人間の判断を模倣した類似度算出が目的となる．そのため，類似品算出のためのアプローチとして深層距離学習手法を用いた形状類似度および，数値類似度を用いて熟練者による総合的な類似度評価を模倣した形で独自の類似度定義を提案した．本実験では提案する類似度算出手法の妥当性を検証するために，実際に扱う大型鍛鋼製品を対象に見積もりに関する専門性を有する熟練者判断との一致度合いについて検証実験を行った．製造条件によるコストの類似性の観点から，胴部形状の複雑性に着目することで胴部形状による類似度算出の有意性を確認した．胴部形状を用いることで，全体形状を使用する場合と比較した類似品上位2製品以内の再現度は7%向上し，胴部の複雑性に着目することで更に5%の向上が確認された．","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_8":{"attribute_name":"論文抄録(英)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"To estimate the cost of large forged steel products, this study calculates similarity considering shape and numerical factors such as weight, maximum horizontal length, and maximum diameter. The objective is to mimic an expert's judgment on manufacturing and fabrication cost similarity, rather than relying solely on geometric and numerical information. Our proposed definition of similarity combines shape similarity using deep metric learning methods and numerical similarity. To validate this similarity calculation method, we conducted an experiment comparing it with the judgment of an experienced person at an actual steelmaking site. Considering manufacturing conditions, we found that focusing on the complexity of the middle shape significantly improved reproducibility.
