LSTM (Long Short-Term Memory) を利用した新たな制御方法を提案する.提案手法では,独自のヒューリスティックな方法による未来軌道の予測および修正方法を組み込み,数理モデルを一切使用しないモデル予測制御を実現している.本手法の有効性を検証するために 2 段レベル水槽問題に対して適用し,PID predictive control to control problems, it is necessary to mathematically model the control target, and it is difficult to apply model predictive control to problems that are difficult to formulate mathematically. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a new control method using a time series machine learning, specifically LSTM (Long Short-Term Memory), as model prediction control for cases that are difficult to formulate mathematically. In the proposed method, we incorporate a method of predicting and correcting the future prediction trajectory by a unique heuristic method, and realize model predictive control without using any mathematical model.
