LPWA recent years, record-breaking rainfalls and typhoons have been occurring in many parts of Japan due to global warming, causing frequent river overflows, floods, and internal flooding. In Nogata City, Fukuoka Prefecture, where the Onga River, a first-class river, flows, such disasters have been occurring frequently. In the management of sluice gates to prevent internal flooding, there are issues such as the aging of the managers who control the gates, lack of successors, and the hazardous nature of work during sluice gate operation.
