Some method for the problem have been proposed. One of the methods assumes that the subspaces spanned by the data within each cluster are low-dimensional, and has proposed a mathematical optimization technique where the given matrix is appropriately divided to ensure the resulting submatrices are of low rank. However, this approach tends to depend on the initial values, and there may be cases where the optimal solution is not obtained due to the initial values. Additionally, the accuracy for matrix completion becomes worse when each subspace is not strictly low-dimensional due to noise. Therefore, this paper proposes a method aimed at reducing dependency on initial values and enhancing robustness against noise.
