Management System（LMS）に蓄積される様々な学習データを収集・整理・分析・可視化する，Learning Analytics（LA）が普及してきている．ここで扱う学習データは，学生の学びの履歴や，その成果としてのテストのスコアなどの機微な情報を含むため，学生自身の意思を尊重してプライバシに配慮しつつ，より少ない負担で学習データを開示・提供して，効果的にLAに活用する，データ流通のための新しい枠組みが必要である．そこで本研究では，学習データの開示度調整のための自動交渉と，Human-in-the-loop（HITL）の概念による学生の利便性向上を中核とした，マルチエージェントに基づく学習データ流通基盤を提案する．本論文では，本提案の設計について述べるとともに，シミュレーション実験の結果から，提案手法の実現可能性について議論する．","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_2_description_8":{"attribute_name":"論文抄録(英)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"With the spread of online classes, Learning Analytics (LA), which collects, organizes, analyzes, and visualizes various learning data accumulated in Learning Management Systems (LMS), has become common. The learning data handled by LA includes sensitive information such as a learner's learning history and test scores. Therefore, a new framework for data distribution is needed to disclose and provide learning data with less burden, and to use it effectively for LA, while respecting the learner's own will and taking privacy into consideration. In this study, we propose a multiagent based learning data distribution infrastructure that provides auto-negotiation for adjusting the disclosure level of learning data and improves learner convenience based on the concept of human-in-the-loop (HITL).
