= 212)とインタビュー調査(n = 20)により,ハイブリッド勤務における社会規範が従業員のウェルビーイングに及ぼす影響を調査した.その結果,社会規範が強いと感じるハイブリッド勤務者のウェルビーイングは低いことが示された.一方で,社会規範に従う意欲が高いハイブリッド勤務者のウェルビーイングは高いことが示された.これらの結果をふまえ,本研究では,ハイブリッド勤務者が組織の社会規範に適合し,ウェルビーイングを高めるためのデザインインプリケーションを議論する.","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_2_description_8":{"attribute_name":"論文抄録(英)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"Previous studies have suggested that organizational social norms can positively affect employee well-being. However, such social norms have not been well developed during the post-COVID-19 transition to hybrid work, which combines office and remote work. How employees' perceptions of social norms for hybrid work affect their well-being is unclear. In this study, we investigated the impact of social norms for hybrid work on the well-being of hybrid workers living in Japan through a mixed-method approach consisting of an online survey (n = 212) and semi-structured interviews (n = 20). The results indicate that hybrid workers subject to strong social norms have lower well-being. Conversely, those more willing to conform to social norms have higher well-being.
