| 内容記述 | 日本では，江戸時代もしくはそれ以前の古文書を，主として地域機構（文書館など）が保管しているが，所蔵者が自宅に保管している事例が珍しくない．本研究では地域機構が実施した古文書所蔵者である新潟県旧家田中家（仮名）の古文書の所在確認調査を通じて，所蔵者の古文書に対する意識と地域機構の保管活用を目指す取り組みの経緯を GTA (Modified Grounded Theory Approach) により確認する．分析により，史料の登録を推進するためのデジタル化を含む施策を議論する． | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | In Japan, archives from the Edo period and earlier are mainly kept by regional organizations (archives, etc.), but it is not uncommon for the owners to keep them in their homes. In this study, through a survey conducted by the Regional Organizations to confirm the whereabouts of the old documents of the Tanaka family (pseudonym) in Niigata Prefecture, the owner of the documents, we will confirm the owner's awareness of the documents and the history of the Regional Organizations' efforts to utilize the archives through the M-GTA (Modified Grounded Theory Approach). The analysis will be used to promote the registration of archives. Through this analysis, we will discuss measures, including digitization, to promote the registration of archives. | |||||||||
