In such a case, the legal status of the AI agent's actions becomes an issue, and we will discuss already proposed theories on this point. If an AI agent is highly autonomous, it is possible to give it a legal personality, even though it is not possible to give it a personality directly. However, there is an issue as to whether it can or should have a juridical personality.
