anticipation of the widespread adoption of connected cars, Europe is advancing the examination of frameworks related to data access and privacy. One of the potentials of connected cars is the possibility of enhancing safety by collecting biometric information of drivers and passengers through biosensing technology. These biosensing technologies need to be in alignment with privacy protection, security, and data access laws. Maintaining this alignment is one of the crucial requirements for leveraging automobile biosensor technology to improve safety.
