Silence during a meeting can have a beneficial effect on participants, or it can impede progress and create a psychological burden. The motives for silence also vary, and it is difficult to identify the motives of others for silence, which can lead to cognitive discrepancies and consequently negatively affect the overall communication of the meeting. The purpose of this study is to eliminate silence that has a negative impact. To this end, we first collected stories of silence in meetings and attempted to classify them based on the psychological state of the silence. Furthermore, we report on a survey conducted on other people's interpretations of motives, focusing on the inconsistency of perceptions.},
