Assistant（TA）の学習支援行動を促進するため，ゲーミフィケーションを取り入れた声掛け支援システムを開発する．ゲーミフィケーションとは，ゲームの要素を非ゲームの文脈に応用することで，ユーザーのモチベーションを高める手法である．本システムは，特に孤立型学生への声掛けを重点に置いている．孤立型学生とは，自ら TA や教員に質問することが少ない学生のことを指す．システムは二段階に分かれており，第一段階では，TA は声掛けに慣れるために簡単なタスクから始める．第二段階では，TA は孤立型学生に対する支援を目指す．TA の行動はポイントシステムで評価され，これにより TA のモチベーションの向上と学習支援行動の活性化をはかる．開発したシステムを実際のプログラミング演習に導入して，TA
