• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 会議中の沈黙は，参加者に有益な影響を及ぼすこともあれば，進行を妨げ精神的な重圧を与える場合もある．また，沈黙の動機もさまざまであり，他者の沈黙の動機を識別することは難しいため，認識の不一致が生じ，結果として会議全体のコミュニケーションに悪影響を及ぼす可能性もある．この研究の目的は，否定的な影響を与える沈黙を解消することである．そのためにまず，会議における沈黙の体験談を収集し，沈黙時の心理状態に基づいて分類することを試みた．さらに，認識の不一致性に着目し，動機の他者解釈について実施した調査について，報告する．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Silence during a meeting can have a beneficial effect on participants, or it can impede progress and create a psychological burden. The motives for silence also vary, and it is difficult to identify the motives of others for silence, which can lead to cognitive discrepancies and consequently negatively affect the overall communication of the meeting. The purpose of this study is to eliminate silence that has a negative impact. To this end, we first collected stories of silence in meetings and attempted to classify them based on the psychological state of the silence. Furthermore, we report on a survey conducted on other people's interpretations of motives, focusing on the inconsistency of perceptions.
