One of the certification standards for proving agricultural safety is GAP, which requires daily work records, inspections of pesticides and field conditions, and records of worker risk management, which require a great deal of man-hours. This is due to the fact that GAP, which originated in Europe, is based on risk assessment, including environmental conservation, an approach not familiar to Japanese farmers. Therefore, there is a current situation in Japan where farmers are unable to understand the significance of GAP and give up on acquiring GAP. Farmers need the guidance of farm advisors to learn the significance of GAP and to establish farming guidelines based on it, but there are not enough of them. Therefore, the objective of this study is to improve the efficiency of farm advisors' guidance. In order to improve efficiency, we propose to identify "groups of farmers to be guided by focusing on" using a questionnaire developed based on the UX design method, and to concentrate the resources of farm advisors on these groups.}, title = {管理農業普及における営農指導の効率化に関する研究}, year = {2024} }
