One of the methods to prevent performance degradation is to improve the moods by encouraging each other. However, it requires courage to speak words of encouragement while the negative speaker is present. Therefore, support for encouraging is needed. We proposed and developed the “Encouraging Button” to solve this problem. This paper reports the plans of the experiments and investigations to clarify the effectiveness of this system.},
