ネガティブ発言が存在する場に居合わせた人のパフォーマンスが低下することが知られている．ネガティブ発言によるパフォーマンス低下を防ぐ方法の 1 つとして，居合わせた人同士で励ましの言葉をかけ合い，気分を良くすることが挙げられる．しかし，ネガティブ発言者が存在する中，居合わせた人同士が励ましの言葉がけを行うことは心理的ハードルが高いため，気楽に言葉がけを行うための支援が必要である．そこで，ネガティブ発言が存在する場に居合わせた人同士の言葉がけ合いを支援するためのシステムとして「言葉がけボタン」を提案・開発した．本稿では，「言葉がけボタン」の有効性を明らかにすべく実施する実験と調査について報告する． |

It is known that negative comments cause performance degradation. One of the methods to prevent performance degradation is to improve the moods by encouraging each other. However, it requires courage to speak words of encouragement while the negative speaker is present. Therefore, support for encouraging is needed. We proposed and developed the “Encouraging Button” to solve this problem. This paper reports the plans of the experiments and investigations to clarify the effectiveness of this system. |
