3 次元時系列動画像が,蛍光顕微鏡などによって取得可能になってきている.細胞動態を解析するためには,得られた動画像中で解析対象である細胞を継続的に追跡することが必要となる.しかし,3 次元動画像のような情報量の多いデータに対して人力で追跡を行うことは困難であるため,計算機を用いた自動的な 3 次元細胞追跡手法が求められる.一般的な手法では,3 次元データを 2 次元データに投影し,2 次元空間上での細胞追跡を行う手法が多く提案されている.しかし,投影処理を行う場合,深度情報が損失してしまうため,奥行き方向の細胞の重なりを認識できず,そのために細胞の取り違えが発生しうる.そこで本研究では,蛍光顕微鏡によって撮影された細胞の 3 次元動画像を対象に,深層学習を用いて直接3次元空間上での細胞追跡を行う手法を提案する.3 次元空間上での細胞の位置と動きの尤度を 3D U-Net を用いて学習することで 3 次元での細胞追跡を行う.実験の結果,奥行き方向の情報を含めた 3
