群馬大学の 1 年次向けの授業「コンピュータネットワークとセキュリティ」の講義内容の理解を深める目的で，昨年度に引き続いて Jupyter Notebook を利用した講義演習環境である CoursewareHub を利用した結果を報告する．本研究で利用した CousewareHub 環境は mdx 上で動作し，その構築には NII の提供する VCP と，アプリケーションテンプレートを利用した．CousewareHub で取得した Jupyter Notebook の実行状況の解析を行なった結果，小テストモジュールに対しては，課題の正答率が悪い場合は，CoursewareHub の実行回数が多い傾向であった．2 つの課題を対象に Notebook のセル毎の実行数を特徴量としたクラスタ分析を行った結果，正答率の悪いクラスタを特定できた．CoursewareHub を利用した学生に対するアンケート調査では，Notebook 教材は役に立ったという回答が多いという結果となった． |

We report the results of using CoursewareHub, a lecture exercise environment using Jupyter Notebook, for the purpose of deepening the understanding of the contents of the lecture ”Computer Networks and Security” for first-year students at Gunma University, continuing from the previous year. The CousewareHub environment used in this study runs on the mdx, and the VCP and application templates provided by NII were used to construct the CousewareHub. We have analyzed the execution of Jupyter Notebook obtained from the CoursewareHub. For the quiz module, the number of executions of CoursewareHub is higher when the correct answer rate of the assignment is poor. Cluster analysis was performed using the number of executions per cell of the Notebook as the student's feature. As a result, we were able to identify clusters with poor correct response rates. A questionnaire survey of students who used CoursewareHub showed that many responded that the Notebook matrials ware useful for understanding the content of the course. |
