This paper hypothesizes that the ”sanctioning” type predominates in copyright-related flaming. It focuses on a case involving a Cabinet Office poster, analyzing trends in Twitter posts. Between April and June 2023, over 1400 related posts were collected retrospectively and subjected to quantitative analysis through embedding vectorization. The findings confirmed that posts alleging ”copyright infringement” were numerous in the early stages of the incident. Additionally, a layer of people claiming ”no copyright infringement” included posts by experts.
