EPSS の実現可能性の検証として，中核となる部品交換予測モデルと作業内容予測モデルの構築を行う．部品交換予測モデルでは機器の使用履歴からインクヘッド交換を予測し，交換日の 30 日以内に 6 件中 3 件を検出した．作業内容予測モデルでは問題発生時の現象記録からヘッド交換を予測し 83.3％ の正解率であった．それぞれの課題としてはヘッド交換の検出期間が一定でなく不要な部品交換に繋がる恐れがあることや，ヘッド交換以外の作業を予測出来ていないことである．今後は上記の課題を踏まえ EPSS core parts replacement prediction model and a work content prediction model as a feasibility study of an EPSS that reduces long-term downtime and technology transfer costs in maintenance operations. The parts replacement prediction model predicts ink head replacement based on equipment usage history and detects 3 out of 6 cases within 30 days of the replacement date. The work content prediction model predicted head replacement based on records of the phenomenon at the time the problem occurred, with a correct answer rate of 83.3%. The issues with each of these models are that the head replacement detection period is not constant, which may lead to unnecessary parts replacement, and the model is not able to predict tasks other than head replacement.
