回路のスイッチング素子であるジョセフソン接合を,通常のジョセフソン接合と磁性ジョセフソン接合から構成される超伝導ループに置き換えた回路である.HFQ 回路は,SFQ 回路と比較し回路規模が大きくなるが,トグルフリップフロップ(TFF)などの回路では超電導ループ内の磁束量子の極性を利用する効率的な実装が報告されている.本稿では,超電導ループ内の磁束量子の極性を利用する小面積 HFQ-TFF に基づくリセットおよび非破壊読み出し可能な半磁束量子回路向け TFF を提案する.提案する HFQ-TFF は,SFQ 回路と同様のトポロジに基づく同等の機能を持つ HFQ-TFF と比較して,通常のジョセフソン接合を 約 58.8% ,磁性ジョセフソン接合を 約 68.2% 削減可能である.シミュレーションによる評価の結果,非破壊読み出しの最高動作周波数は約 42.6 GHz であり,静的消費電力は 74.1 nW
