As an AAS model can contain information for physical products from various aspects through their lifecycle, it can represent the carbon footprint of a product (CFP) in combination with other product information. However, as the AAS has multiple model layers: metamodel, model, and instance layers, and more than 30 types of models and relationships, it’s hard to create AAS data easily and efficiently.
