損傷) は,ジャンプや方向転換を行うスポーツ選手に多く発生する外傷である.ACL 損傷は非身体接触時に多く,練習中のジャンプ着地時や方向転換時に膝関節外反角 (以下,膝外反角) が大きいほど損傷リスクが高い.ACL 損傷を予防するためには,練習中から膝関節屈曲角 (以下,膝屈曲角) と膝外反角を測定し,損傷のリスクを把握しておく必要がある.現在,膝角度を測定する手法は三次元動作解析が一般的に用いられているが,多大な時間と費用がかかることが問題視されている.そこで本研究では,選手が普段練習している環境で ACL 損傷リスクを測定し,損傷リスクの高い動きが多い選手に損傷リスクを低減するトレーニングを促すシステムを構築するために,ストレッチセンサを備えたサポータ型デバイスによる膝屈曲角度と膝外反角度推定手法を提案する.本論文では,まずストレッチセンサを備えたサポータ型デバイスを作成し,膝屈曲角度と膝外反角度推定に用いる機械学習アルゴリズムと特徴量を評価した.評価実験の結果,膝屈曲角度と膝外反角度ともに,機械学習アルゴリズムには Linear SVR,特徴量には他ユーザの瞬時値と直近の過去 10
