• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 対話エージェントが相手の話を聞いている間の，表情変化による非言語的情報の表出がエージェントの知性的印象に与える影響を調査した．まずプロのインタビュアによる模擬インタビュ実験を実施し，特徴的な仕草として発話交替時に視線を逸らす行動が抽出された．この行動を実装したエージェントを用い，対話実験を実施して印象を評価した．その結果，同行動によってエージェントが聞き上手であり，会話を理解して発言しているという評価が有意に増加することが分かった．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: We investigated the effect of the expression of nonverbal information through changes in facial expression on the conversational agent's impression of intelligence while the agent is listening to the interlocutor. First, a mock interview experiment was conducted with a professional interviewer, and the characteristic gesture of averting one's gaze during turn-taking was extracted. Then, we implemented gaze aversion to a virtual agent and conducted an experiment to evaluate the impression of the agent. The results showed that gaze aversion significantly increased the agent's evaluation that it is a good listener and that it understands the conversation and speaks up.
